Kenny is a rare find; he has a real passion for cars (especially Smarts, obviously!) and it shows. You can sense that Absolute Smarts isn't so much about selling cars as rehoming them. Kenny had gone to great lengths to share both the car visuals, and its record, on Auto Trader, and I felt that I already knew the car pretty well, even before the viewing. Kenny let the car sell itself while he took care of business. In my opinion, the growing collection of Auto Trader awards for Absolute Smarts are well-deserved.

From start to finish it was a joy dealing with Kenny. What a lovely fella. The car is an older SMART car but is in absolutely fantastic condition and drives beautifully. My husband and I are not at all knowledgeable about cars and we decided to go with Kenny as he only deals in SMART cars and has excellent reviews all of which are totally justified. He even delivered the car directly to our home in Suffolk. We would highly recommend Absolute Mary’s to anyone looking to buy a SMART car. We give him 10/10. Thank you Kenny.

Kenny from Absolute Smart Cars delivered the smart car he was very nice , unfortunately I was expecting power steering but when I went out in the car a few days later it was very heavy to steer and turn ,so I contacted Kenny he said no problem as soon as the log book comes he will collect and refund as I asked if he had another with power steering but no he didn’t,so I thought great he will collect and refund me so I can buy another car, but alas two months on he doesn’t want to know , and not answering my texts , which I’m very disappointed in as recently I have lost my husband and this is the first time I have bought a car on my own ,all I would say is be careful when you want to buy a smart off of Kenny especially if your a woman, I’m hoping I can sell but unfortunately I will loose money,so Absolutely Smart Ltd thank you for making my grieving process even worse , it seems your only interested in taking customers monies and when there is a problem you don’t want to know what happened to Customer Care Kenny .

This has made me Kenny Smart very sad The above customer wrote a Five star review over the Christmas period, which follows below, Review Left by customer Service Excellent My First Smart Experience Absolutely wonderful service, very efficient, brought my car down to Somerset the very next day. Kenny the owner explains everything to me with the paperwork, and when I asked different questions about my new Smart, he could give me answers straight away without hesitation he definitely knows about his products he sells, which is very reassuring, a very nice and cheerful man I would highly recommend him So what happened, firstly the customer refused a test drive, I did ask her several times, so you can get to feel for the car The car itself is a known car to us. We sold it a long time ago, the previous owner came back to us to purchase an electric Smart, so we took the car in part exchange. She wrote a review about her new electric Smart, we took her original Smart in Part Exchange. It just had a new MOT however we gave her a service The above client got in touch with us via Auto Trader to part exchange the said Smart, three times. I called her direct to see if everything was okay, she replied "yes everything is fine", because of the Christmas holidays and the post I held onto the log book, I asked if I can proceed to place the car in her name, the client said "yes" I sent the information off to the DVLA I then get text messages saying she wants to reject the car for no reason. Then I get threats of her going to Trading Standards. This is when I stopped all communication, let Trading standards decide Is it buyers remorse, I guess it is I traveled over 500 miles round trip to deliver the car to her, the next day, my charge was £60.00, It didn't even cover the cost of fuel I've sold over 900 Smart cars, I've met some incredible people and most of them I now call my friends Lastly I'm a widower of 21years, I know how it feels everyday of my life. I bought my first ever car with Kenny back in 2018 and it was a smart car. I’ve loved it and when I started looking for an electric smart car, I saw that Kenny had one for sale and I knew it was meant to be! Kenny remembered my car and I feel in love with the electric car the first time I drove it. When I asked if I could part exchange my car, he gave me a great offer that went over my expectations since my car was well loved and mileage was high. Had a great experience from start to finish, Kenny was very friendly and helpful he even offered to deliver the car to me so I didn't have to worry about my insurance straight away, so I took him up on his offer and as promised the car was delivered on a trailer bang on time. He also had ordered new floor mats which hadn't arrived by the time he delivered it but the next day he was at my door with a new set of mats in his arms, fantastic service with a friendly smile he likes a joke and a chat about most things 100% recommend Kenny and Absolute Smarts cheers mate
