I think they must have named the Smart Passion after Kenny!, I have never met anyone so passionate and knowledgeable about these little cars. Outstanding service from viewing to purchase and even delivered to our door what more needs to be said. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is thinking of buying a smart.

Just had my girlfriends Smart delivered..all the way up in Aberdeen! This was a surprise present and I cannot recommend Absolute Smarts Ltd highly enough in the whole process- above and beyond customer service and a really top bloke as well. Excellent, friendly, informative service from this dealer, when we went down to buy - advertisement was up front and accurate, there was no pressure to buy and the price was really good. He took time to explain the car to us (no previous Smart experience!). A pleasure doing business with Absolute Smarts - would highly recommend. He knows his stuff!

Great experience from start to finish. Kenny is a great guy and he really knows his smarts. If you are looking for smart give Absolute Smarts a shout and you won’t regret it. I was looking for decent smart for my wife over two months and visited few dealers, but every time there was some issues, no full service history, hidden faults, dead suspension, dead engine and etc. Owner Kenny took me for a test drive to the bumpiest road in the UK, just to prove the point that suspension is solid. I bought a car from him on Sunday and when I asked him what time are you closing, coz I need to go home sort out the insurance, parking permits and etc. he replied that he is not closing and I can come back whatever time I need, I really appreciate that and other dealers needs to learn a lot from Kenny P.S. I bough the car a month ago and it’s still faultless.

I'm in the process of going from a bigger car to a smaller car and I want a smart. I have spoken to Kenny a couple of times now and no question has gone unanswered and there's been no pressure whatsoever. There is no doubt, this is the chap to buy a smart car from and although i've not gone one yet, when I make the leap, this well be the chap I will be going too. When someone takes the time to give you friendly advice, show enthusiasm in what they have for sale and also has excellent reviews, you know you're in good hands. I'm based in Manchester and was even told that Absolute Smarts would deliver to my neck of the woods. Very often when you're showing an interest in buying something a dealer won't show any interest in you unless the ink is on the paper, but not Kenny, he's answered every question in a totally free and easy way.......when I do make the leap, this is where i'll be leaping too. Just bought our second Smart from this dealer with the same superb service as we received from our first purchase. Kenny the owner was more than happy to take back the first Smart we bought from him in part exchange.
