Ken was an absolute pleasure to deal with, start to finish. Me and the girlfriend had been looking for a second car for a little while, and nostalgia hit with the smart cars (being my first few cars I owned). So I checked out a few that Ken had and we decided to pay him a visit. Even from the first two calls I had with him, the car had already been sold to me, just because of who he was. Friendly, kind and honestly didn't stop making me laugh aha! It can be a bit awkward when going to buy a car, but Kenny put me and my girlfriend at ease and felt more like a friend before we left. Reassured us about the car and the gearbox and engine warranty. I'll certainly be going back to Kenny for the MOT and service. If anyone is unsure, then don't be, I couldn't recommend Ken more. Thank you for amazing service!

Spoke to gentleman at Absolute smart about a car I had seen , was a friendly voice that wanted to help. On arrival the gentleman , Kenny immediately made you feel you could trust him . I'm in my 70's so these situations are not easy , picking a new car that would be what you needed with no problems once bought and home . I decided on my car , the paperwork was completed , full service , 12 month not and warranty . I was told any problems just call. I now feel very confident in using Absolute smart for my car services and mots. What Kenny doesn't know about smart cars ,I don't know. We had a good laugh as well , I would recommend Absolute Smart to anyone wanting to get a Smart car 100% .☺️
