I had been looking and researching into smart cars and came across absolute smarts on auto trader, I read his reviews which were all positive feedback and decided that for me having a full years mot and service so that my car would be safe and road worthy was the way to go, kenny was fabulous if he wasnt a car dealer he would make a great driving instructor as he took me out for a test drive, I had not driven for 5yrs so this was a massive deal for me, he was so calm and patient and I am grateful he made this a good driving experience. 100% genuine guy when it comes to his cars, all sound as a pound. Wonderful experience Kenny was a treasure absolutely no hard sell was genuine and so very helpful. bought loads of cars before but never had sales care and individual attention like this without being pushy or overbearing he couldnt have done any more for me or been more helpful. he sorted out everything for me changing my private plate over, car tax sorting out a blue rooth thingy for me. even filled the tank with petrol for me. Love my immaculate roadster everything works and he gave me after care warrenty as well. cant thank him enough and would 100% recommend Absolute Smart to anyboy. Plus you get tea. always a winner.

Looked online at garages and private sales couldn't find what I wanted until I found Absolute Smarts and saw black turbo for sale. Spoke to Kenny who was really helpful and friendly, I felt happy enough to lay a deposit down for the Smart and reassured after seeing all the photos Kenny had taken as well.Kenny met me from the station, so pleased with the car it's just what I have been looking for smashing. After having a look for a smart for a while we stumbled across absolute smarts and we are so glad we did.. A real little gem of a show room !! I'd never sat in a smart and had no clue about them but after meeting Kenny there was nothing I wasn't sure about.. Kenny goes over every detail about every car is non pushy and feels like you gain a friend as well as car.. We couldn't rate Kenny and absolute smart highly enough and would have no problem recommending to friends and family.. We walked away with a lovely little smart at a great price with more extras than expected and real piece of mind .. Needed to replace my aging Smartfor2 with a more recent version. Looked online at Merc dealerships/ private sales etc until I found Absolute Smarts.made an enquiry by phone about one that seemed a possibility. The advert was comprehensive and I needed more info which readily provided. I was hesitant about making a fruitless round trip from Cambridge to Rayleigh but Kenny offered to bring the car to me which I accepted. He was helpful and not pushy in that irritating car salesman way. There was no pressure, we drove the car and it was as described. It came with a limited warranty, 12 months MOT, and service. I raised the issue of part exchanging my 16 year old Smart and had an idea of what it might reach in p/ex. I quoted the figure and following a brief inspection of my car we did the deal. I was very happy with our experience and am currently enjoying the new car.
